The identity of the 25-year-old Albanian man, who was shot dead by a 60-year-old Italian man during an attempt to rob his apartment in collaboration with two other compatriots, has been revealed.
Rivaldo Rusi, a member of the Albanian gang that had attempted to rob the villa in Centola, was found buried several kilometers from the businessman's property.
Meanwhile, the circumstances of the serious incident still remain a mystery, where one of his friends was seriously injured by gunfire, while the other escaped.
The 60-year-old shot several times with a hunting rifle, killing Rivaldo Rusi, whose body he then hid in a forest, and seriously wounding another.
The dynamics of the exchange of fire, or who fired first and what the sequence of shots was, are still unknown. It is also unclear whether the 60-year-old Italian acted alone or was assisted by someone in hiding the 25-year-old's body.
The first data may come from the autopsy on the body of 25-year-old Rivaldo Rusi.
The other Albanian who was injured during the robbery is hospitalized in serious condition at the Cardarelli Hospital in Naples. Investigators have discovered that he has a criminal record and was on the run for several criminal offenses committed in Tuscany.
When his health improves, the Albanian will be questioned to tell his version of the serious incident at the Italian businessman's villa.
It was the Italian Aurelio Valiante himself who discovered the place where he had hidden the body of Rivaldo Rusi. He found himself surrounded in his house by about 50 Albanians from the province of Caserta, including relatives and friends of the young man who lost his life, who wanted revenge.
During questioning, he admitted that he had shot the 25-year-old with a firearm and then hidden his body.
Aurelio Valiante transported the Albanian's body in a wine barrel, placed in the car. A few kilometers from his home, in an isolated area in the village of San Severino di Centola, he dug a hole and buried the 26-year-old's body.
The police found the body at the location indicated by the businessman.
