A 32-year-old man has been declared wanted by the police, after being accused of attempted murder with a firearm in the city of Bulqiza.
The incident occurred yesterday evening, when citizen AT, 32 years old, was shot in the leg and injured, being immediately taken to the hospital, out of danger to his life.
Investigations conducted by specialists for the Investigation of Serious Crimes and the Bulqiza Police Station revealed that the cause of the incident was a previous conflict between the parties.
The suspected perpetrator, HB, 32 years old, resident of Bulqiza, is accused of the criminal offenses of "Attempted Murder" and "Unlicensed Possession and Production of Weapons, Explosive Weapons and Ammunition".
"He attempted to kill a 32-year-old man with a firearm, the suspected perpetrator of the incident has been identified and is wanted."
Following the investigations to clarify and document the incident that occurred yesterday evening in the city of Bulqiza, where citizen AT was wounded by gunfire, the specialists for the Investigation of Serious Crimes at the Dibër DVP, in cooperation with the specialists for the Investigation of Crimes at the Bulqiza Police Commissariat, under the direction of the Dibër Prosecution, carried out all investigative and procedural actions for the full legal documentation of the incident.
Thanks to the immediate response of the Police and the investigations carried out, citizen HB, 32 years old, resident of Bulqiza, was identified and declared wanted, suspected of the criminal offenses of "Attempted Murder", "Unlicensed Possession and Production of Weapons, Explosive Weapons and Ammunition".
The investigative actions resulted in the conclusion that, due to a previous conflict, this citizen attempted to kill with a pistol, leaving citizen AT, 32 years old, wounded in the leg, who is in hospital, out of danger.
"Work continues to locate and capture the perpetrator, and bring him to justice. The procedural materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office for further action," the police announced.
