The Special Prosecution Office SPAK has cracked down on several criminal drug trafficking groups, whose members included members of the Rraja tribe.

A total of 14 security measures have been issued, 10 of which have been executed, while 4 people are still wanted. Photos of two members of the group, Marvin Bushati and Agim Nina, have been published.

It is learned that the group trafficked cocaine and marijuana from Montenegro, Turkey and towards EU countries. The most powerful is the group of Islam Sefa, arrested in September 2025.

Marvin Bushati, Agim Nina alias Lorenc Selmani, Sokol Qaja, Zamir Aliaj  and three members of the Rraja clan, Gazmir, Përparim and Rexhep Rraja, were arrested  . The latter is the son of former SP MP Rrahman Rraja. 

Islam Sefa, Aldo Gjini and Jani Çavo are currently in prison, where they have also been notified of the next arrest measure. Ervis Shuli, Bujar Sefa, Hajdar Sefa and Vildan Baroku are wanted. All are accused of being part of this drug trafficking group that has been carrying out this activity since 2020. The group was "betrayed" by conversations in SkyEcc, while the operation is being led by prosecutor Adnan Xholi. 

The groups are accused of drug trafficking in several episodes and in several countries. 5 of them acted as leaders and financiers of the group. In addition to security measures, searches were also carried out in apartments by order of the GJKKO, where considerable amounts of money, weapons, vehicles, etc. were seized.
