SPAK has cracked down on a criminal group in Fushë-Krujë, accused of drug trafficking since 2020 and a structured criminal group.
Jani Çavo, who was hit again by SPAK, was arrested in June 2023 as part of a group that trafficked cannabis from Syria and heroin from Turkey, worth up to 2.7 million euros.
