An unprecedented event was recorded on June 15, 2026, in the premises of the Special Court, where 4 defendants who, according to SPAK, interacted as a criminal group for the murder of Renis Dobra in Mat, had a verbal conflict and then a physical confrontation with punches and kicks.
The situation was recorded on the court's cameras and audio, which have now been withdrawn as material evidence. It all happened while the judge in the case, Bib Ndreca, gave the floor to the defendants to speak about their claims for the request for a change in the security measure "prison arrest".
Journalist Elton Qyno was able to obtain official documents that show the debate and subsequent physical confrontation between the 4 defendants who were waiting for the verdict in the court's glass cage.
The information report states that on June 15, 2026, the police officer at the General Directorate of Prisons, Arjan Canaj, notified the Prison Police of a serious incident that occurred on the court premises.
The event was registered as incident No. 3135, where at around 11:33, the protagonists of the physical clash were the 4 defendants Fation Bushgjokaj, Kristi Bushgjokaj, Aleksandër Bushgjokaj and Petrit Çakri.
When the court gave the floor to defendant Petrit Çakri, he requested that the hearing on changing the security measure be postponed.
"...In these situations, the other defendant, Fation Bushgjokaj, took the floor, saying that he (Petrit Çakri) is requesting an indefinite postponement of the hearings because he is a fraud ..." - the document states.
But at this moment, the defendant Petrit Çakri intervened, telling the three brothers:
"...you are faggots and b*tches...".
Immediately at this moment, the defendant, Kristi Bushgjokaj, who was positioned closest to Petrit Çakri, stands up to hit him, but is blocked by police officers.
At the same time, the other two defendants, Aleksandër and Fation Bushgjokaj, rise from the cage chairs and jump on top of the police officer and hit Petrit Çakri.
At these moments, the employees who were present intervened and stabilized the situation. Meanwhile, by order of the president of the court session, Bib Ndreca, the decision was made to remove the 4 defendants from the court session for their behavior.
After being acquainted with this incident report, the Director of Prison No. 313, in order to review it from a disciplinary perspective, on June 16, 2026, ordered a meeting of the disciplinary committee.
It turns out that the order to initiate disciplinary proceedings was communicated to the detainee Fation Bushgjokaj, in order to give him the opportunity to be heard and defended, an order which was communicated to him by the members of the commission and he signed without objection.
After the incident report was read, detainee Fation Bushgjokaj stated that:
"...regarding what is said and described in the incident report, it happened in a momentary situation, after we were offended with harsh words. Such behavior should not be repeated and I did the action in anger...".
According to the letter signed by the 4 members of the Disciplinary Committee, these actions of the 3 prisoners contradict the established rules and norms regarding the behavior and obligations of prisoners, established with the aim of guaranteeing order, security and legal authority of the institution.
Given this situation, for security and dangerous reasons, the transfer of Fation Bushgjokaj from prison no. 313 to prison no. 302 at "Mine Peza" has been ordered.
At the same time, a disciplinary measure was imposed, isolating them for a period of 3 months.
In the case in question, the detainee Fation Bushgjokaj, through active actions, has committed actions that conflict with the obligations and rules provided for in the institution of execution of criminal decisions.
In this specific case, he exercised physical and psychological violence against the detainee Petrit Çakri, actions which are classified as a very serious violation.
