Who gives Greek passports to crime bosses? Artan Hoxha reveals behind the

Journalist Artan Hoxha has raised concerns that a large number of people in the world of organized crime have been provided with Greek passports, in circumstances that, according to him, raise serious suspicions of well-organized networks with political and ultranationalist backgrounds.

Hoxha said that he personally had been offered a Greek passport and other benefits by businessmen and individuals connected to Greek political and ultranationalist circles, in order to remain silent and not criticize Alfred Beleri or Greek policies and campaigns in Albania. In exchange, he said, he was offered a Greek passport and other benefits.

" I have been offered by business people connected to the government and ultranationalist Greek individuals to keep quiet and, in exchange, to provide me with a Greek passport. I have not accepted ," Hoxha declared in "Ma Shqip me Flamur Vezaj".

He also brought concrete examples, mentioning well-known names in Albanian organized crime, who according to him are equipped with regular Greek passports. Among them are Gramoz Rexhepi, considered a man of drug cartels in Latin America and arrested in Ecuador with a Greek passport, as well as Plarent Dervishi, involved in serious criminal files in Albania.

"The question is who provided these people with passports? It's the same line they offered me," Hoxha stressed.
