Julian Çumraku and Hamza Uka, who surrendered to RENEA forces yesterday after 12 hours of negotiations on Monday evening in the village of Orosh, have chosen to remain silent before the investigative group.

The two people suspected of terrorist activity were arrested after their surrender on Monday evening.
Julian Çumraku and Arben Ukan are charged with the following criminal offenses: incitement and public call to commit terrorist acts, resisting the police, manufacturing weapons of war, and illegal possession of weapons.
Erzen (Hamza) Uka, born in Gjorm te Kurbinit, has previously been convicted of the criminal offense of "inciting hatred and strife." He was listed by the police as a person with radical tendencies, while on social networks he posted photos and videos training people who were going to fight in Syria and Iraq, where he himself was an army commando.
For this reason, in 2019, he was arrested and in 2020 he was sentenced to three years in prison.
Meanwhile, Julian Çumraku from Puka, known for his radical tendencies, has been previously convicted of the criminal offenses of "Theft" and "Threat".
For about 12 hours they resisted the police, threatening the lives of the RENEA forces with weapons. After being called to surrender, shots were fired from inside the apartment at the special forces.
During the search of the apartment where they were hiding, 4 automatic firearms and a pistol firearm, a flag of the Islamic State (ISIS) terrorist organization, placed on the wall between the aforementioned weapons, 17 defensive hand grenades, combat ammunition, electric detonator caps for the explosion of explosives, and a fuse were seized as material evidence.
