Other details have emerged from the incident that occurred this morning in Lushnja, when a vehicle was shot at with an automatic weapon from another vehicle. The entire incident took place within a few seconds, on the bend near the Lushnja hospital.
According to the latest information, the target of the assassins was Julian Sula, otherwise known as Juli Pashakos, a well-known name in the justice system.
Juli Pashakos is known as one of Aldo Bare's rivals, and was even suspected of the assassination of Jurgen Hoxha and Zamir Latifi, friends of Aldo Bare's nephew, but he declared to investigators that he had no connection to this crime.
Previously, an attempt was made to kill Sula, after he was physically assaulted with crowbars, suffering numerous injuries, but the perpetrators of this crime were never identified.
Police Notification
At around 10:40, near the Lushnje stadium, citizen JS, 45 years old, is suspected of being shot in the leg, and his life is out of danger.
Police services have set up checkpoints at the entrances and exits of the city and are working to identify and apprehend the perpetrators.
Near the village of Lifaj, a vehicle was found burning, which is suspected to belong to the perpetrators.
The investigative group led by the Prosecutor's Office is working to fully clarify the circumstances of the incident.
