The Fier Prosecution Office has brought to trial the two brothers Kreshnik and Agim Gashi, suspected perpetrators of the murder of Elton Javori on December 7, 2023.
The two brothers in question were arrested in connection with the murder of Elton Javori. According to the Prosecution, Kreshnik and Agim Gashi are accused of committing the criminal offenses of “Premeditated Murder” committed in collaboration, and “Unlicensed Possession and Production of Weapons, Explosive Weapons and Ammunition.”
Meanwhile, the other three people are: Rexhep Puka accused of committing the criminal offense "Supporting the perpetrator of the crime", the citizen with the initials AL accused of committing the criminal offense "Failure to report a crime" and the citizen with the initials E.Xh. accused of committing the criminal offense "False declaration before a judicial police officer".
At the end of the full investigation, it was confirmed that on 07.12.2023, at around 11:00, in the "16 Prilli" neighborhood in the city of Fier, Kreshnik and Agim Gashi fired at a "Porsche Cayenne" vehicle, driven by Erjon Javori, aged 41, who lost his life.

The Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Fier has completed the investigations and is sending to trial citizens KG and AG accused of committing the criminal offenses of "Premeditated Murder" committed in collaboration, and "Unauthorized Possession and Production of Weapons, Explosive Weapons and Ammunition", provided for in Articles 78/1 and 25, and 278/1 of the Criminal Code, as well as citizen RP accused of committing the criminal offense of "Supporting the perpetrator of a crime" provided for in Article 302/1 of the Criminal Code; citizen AL accused of committing the criminal offense of "Failure to report a crime" provided for in Article 300 of the Criminal Code; and citizen E.Xh. accused of committing the criminal offense of "False declaration before a judicial police officer" provided for in Article 305/bi of the Criminal Code.
At the end of the full and dynamic investigations, including the use of proactive methods on criminal proceeding no. 1727 of 2023, it was proven that, on 07.12.2023, at around 11:00, in the "16 Prilli" neighborhood, "Kujtim Majaci" Street in the city of Fier, the defendants KG and AG, brothers, in collaboration between them, fired a gun at a "Porsche Cayenne" vehicle, driven by citizen EJ, aged 41 (forty-one), who died.
In addition, the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Fier expresses its full commitment to the investigation and legal accountability of persons who commit criminal offenses against life and health.
