A serious incident occurred this evening in the village of Xibërr, Klos, where a 65-year-old man was found lifeless by passersby.
It is suspected that the 65-year-old was murdered after several stab wounds were found on his body in the chest.
The victim has been identified as Selim Velsula, 65. The people who found the body also found the knife with which the victim was allegedly stabbed.
The police and the investigation team have arrived at the scene and are working to solve the case, identify and send the perpetrator behind bars.
"This evening, in the village of Xibër, near his property, citizen SV, about 65 years old, was found without signs of life. From the preliminary examination, injuries to the body were found, suspected to have been caused by a cutting tool. The investigation team is at the scene and, under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office, is working to clarify the circumstances of this event ," the police statement said.
