The companies are engaged in wood processing, construction, car servicing and transportation, real estate sales and purchases, etc. Salvi Vishaj is the son of lawyer Saimir Vishaj. This suspect is not only aware of the criminal activity and money laundering, but there are strong suspicions that he acted as a shield, using connections in the justice system.
It is not known whether the cold-blooded killer Armand Shakaj, known as Mand Dhelpra, is part of this group or operated as a separate group, contracting Eglant Koçi to divert and withdraw money from fraud schemes. There are strong suspicions that Eglant Koçi was killed with the intention of getting rid of him as a witness to criminal activity.
