Cocaine money laundering in resorts (Porto Lalzi) and the exit revealed on Sky ECC
The SPAK prosecutor's delays risk the seizure of millions of euros of dirty assets from cocaine trafficking in Elbasan.
For two years, investigators at the National Bureau of Investigation, by reading the communications of organized crime figures on the Sky ECC platform, have identified one of the most powerful financial criminal groups in Elbasan, whose activity is mainly cocaine trafficking. Members of this criminal group have been found to have trafficked tons of cocaine from Latin American countries to Europe, rivaling the criminal organization Çopja in terms of financial power.
Part of the cocaine trafficking money has been laundered for years by a transport and construction company in Elbasan, which, although at a loss and without capital, has invested tens of millions of euros in resorts on the coast and in Tirana. This is the company "Aliu Road House" with NIPT (K83211201N), with administrator and owner on paper Isa Aliu , which serves as a camouflage for one of the main cocaine money laundering lines in Albania.
Even though it has a capital of 1 thousand euros, Isa Ali 's company from Elbasan, under the nose of the Prosecution, Economic Crime and the Directorate for the Prevention of Money Laundering, has invested tens of millions of euros of dirty money in a villa and resort complex in Lalzi Bay, a luxury yacht port, residences in Hamallaj, palaces in Selitë, etc., i.e. hundreds of thousands of m² of construction.
Porto Lalzi, a project that includes hotels, villas, apartments, restaurants, etc., is one of the main lines of cocaine money laundering of the criminal group identified by BKH investigators. According to sources, a group of BKH investigators have been completing the file for several months to crack down on the criminal group and seize the company "Aliu Road House" and all the assets camouflaged by it, the product of cocaine trafficking money.
Surprisingly, the prosecutor in the case is delaying and blocking the finalization of the SPAK and GJKKO operation, giving the criminal group hiding behind Isa Ali time to alienate and lose track of the illegal assets, in order to escape as much as possible from seizure. The reluctance of the prosecutor in the case to request GJKKO for arrest measures and the seizure of assets resulting from criminal activity raises strong doubts about the possibility of the cocaine group's corrupt influence on certain segments within SPAK./ Pamphlet
