In the file of Feri Hoxha's appointment as Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs, key documents related to his moral character during the exercise of his duties and personal integrity, regarding the past during the period of the former communist dictatorship, are missing.
According to the law, the high-ranking bodies that make proposals, approvals, appointments and decrees of government members are obliged to begin the procedures by verifying the figures, if they have moral "taints" and involvement in the former State Security service.
The verification of the image of ministers is carried out in order to ensure that they are not blackmailed through their dark past during the exercise of their duties, especially when the functions are related to diplomatic, interstate and national security relations.
Information received by "Pamfleti" reveals that Foreign Minister Ferit Hoxha has two "spots" in his youth: he was an associate of the former State Security structure and had a sexual affair while serving in the Foreign Ministry.
According to information, Minister Ferit Hoxha was recruited as an associate of the former State Security in 1988, when he was 21 years old, a French language student in Tirana, recommended by a security chief from Koplik, a friend of his father, Brahim Hoxha.
At the age of 24, for his contribution as the "active vigilant eye and ear" of the former State Security, also within the "December '90" student movement, Ferit Hoxha was recommended and catapulted as a specialist in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Meanwhile, Minister Ferit Hoxha was involved in the sexual affair, caught red-handed with a colleague, in May 1994, when he was Head of the Sector for Albania's Relations with the European Union at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
This scandal was closed by order of Sali Berisha, through SHIK pressure on Foreign Ministry officials, without any consequences for the favorite boss, Ferit Hoxha. But, as pressure, they registered the scandal in his personal file and after a few months they made him an advisor to Albania at the UN.
After 1 year at the UN, on the orders of Sali Berisha (but it is unknown with what influence), the "spy" and favorite Ferit Hoxha returned to the position of Director for Multilateral Relations at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
It is impressive that in every assignment during his 34 years in the Albanian foreign service, Feri Hoxha's sexual affair and the stigma of being a former Sigurimi collaborator were not mentioned.
In every diplomatic assignment to which he was appointed between 1992 and 2026, surprisingly, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Prime Minister's Office, the Parliament, the Parliamentary Foreign Affairs Committee, and the Presidency did not request information about the official Ferit Brahim Hoxha.

Ky eshte shume i kapur. Ne 1992 u kap ne Amerike me 5 diplomate te tjere duke i kerkuar favore seksuale nje femre e cila rezultoi police e maskuar. Media amerikane e pasqyroi fort. U pushuan nga puna, pervec ketij Feritit. Ne 2009 nenshkroi marreveshjen famkeqe me Greqine per detin, nderkohe qe i jepte info opozites socialiste. E emeruan ambasador ne Mision ne OKB. Atje "humbi" laptopin e informacioneve sekrete qe ka cdo ambasade. Deputetet socialiste, posaçerisht Ilir Gjoni, denoncuan kete ne parlament. Ne 2014 qeveria Rama coi ne prokurori ekipin negociator, me kryetar kete Hoxhen, te detit me akuza per tradheti te interesave kombetare. Me pas i promovoi te gjithe si ambasadore dhe Hoxhen ne postin me te larte ne Ministri. Pak me vone e coi Ambasador ne UNESCO, duke larguar me arrogance nga aty nje femer diplomate kariere pa perfunduar as gjysmen e mandatit. Me pas vijoi pa fund me poste ambasadori. Bashkejetuesja apo e dashura e tij ne 2 vite ka marre 3 poste ambasadori, nje rast i pa precedent. Tani Minister i Jashtem!! Cfare fshihet pas kesaj? Vellai i tij, Gezim Hoxha, eshte nen hetim nga SPAK, me Ergys Agasin per aferen AKSHI biznesi i failjes se Surrelit. I kane bllokua pasaporten dhe nuk udheton jashte shtetit, vellai i Ministrit te Jashtem. Ferita Hoxha paska qene i rekrutuar si bashkepunetor sigurimi ne 1988, kur ishte student. A mos ketu e tek AKSHI qendron suksesi i Feritit pervers i 1992, humbesi i sekreteve shteterore, firmoses antiligjor, vellai i te akuzuarit per AKSHIN?!
