Analyst Edvin Kulluri stated that the NATO summit in our country has been called into question because cyber and physical security is required, while there are still issues like KAYO or TIMS data that are questionable.
He said that the government has entered into contracts with companies that are not from NATO member countries and considered this a geopolitical distortion.
" We still do not have information about who stole the AKSHI data, it is not known where the TIMS data went and whether it went to malicious parties. We have a memorandum agreement like "Smart City" that is not yet known whether SPAK will investigate the way the contract was concluded."
The summit requires maximum physical and cyber security. KAYO has many shadows of suspicion, even the people who own the companies do not come from NATO member countries. In the past, contracts were made with companies from NATO member countries and we had excellent relations with Turkey and Italy.
"Military relations with countries that we have a moral obligation to maintain are not maintained, we must interact with NATO. How can there be a summit with these nonsense and madness? The multiplier of actions and geostrategic disorientation is screaming. It has never happened to take capacities in an unknown direction, we are not a Middle Eastern country, we have allies in Europe, we cannot sign contracts with Namibia, Brazil and South Korea ," Kulluri told "News 24".
