Journalist Artan Hoxha declared that justice in our country "is collapsing." According to him, the reform is not just SPAK. According to him, the Justice Reform has failed .

According to him, we are only dealing with SPAK, which actually investigates only 0.3% of files.
" We only deal with SPAK, we have placed 20 cameras at the SPAK door and we see who comes in and who comes out. SPAK today investigates 0.3% of the files. The rest of the Albanians are basking in the sun. Imagine, Rama's defamation trial with Basha took 7 years, this is reform. No international, no ambassador tells them this. There is no justice in this country anymore ," added journalist Artan Hoxha, invited to the "Off the Record" studio on A2CNN.
