While leaving the Parliament through the exit near the Tirana Castle, Blendi Gonxhja became involved in a verbal argument with a protester.
The Secretary General of the Democratic Party, Flamur Noka, has published a video on social media. It shows the moment when Minister Blendi Gonxhja leaves the Parliament through the exit near the Tirana Castle.
In his Facebook post, Noka ironically mocks the minister with the phrase: "Gonzha coming out like a rabbit from the Castle door."
He also states that the security measures put in place in the Castle area were intended to create a corridor for MPs and ministers to exit the Parliament.
"They have closed the passage to the Castle, leaving businesses without work, as if to provide a corridor for rabbits who are afraid to leave the Parliament," Noka writes.
He also got into a verbal argument with a protester, whom he insulted by calling her "ignorant."
Recall that tensions erupted after protesters sat cross-legged on the road, creating a cordon to block the exit of vehicles of ministers and deputies from the Parliament. In response, the Police intervened to unblock the road, using tear gas and water, while escorting some protesters. During the clashes, some of the protesters hit a Police vehicle with hard objects, in a sign of revolt.
