Former Serious Crimes Prosecutor, attorney Eugen Beci, speaking about the Shkodra massacre, said that the Bajri and Lici tribes are the two tribes with over 20 years of criminal history who have been strongly involved in organized crime.
Beçi said that these two tribes, since they have not been hit by justice for years, have created dominance, becoming dangerous. They are even aiming to enter politics.
Given recent developments, former prosecutor Eugen Beçi said on "News 24" that the alarm level in the city of Shkodra is high, despite the presence of police forces.

The level of alarm in Shkodra among citizens is high. At the moment, the city is controlled by uniformed police but not by criminal police.
This police, by collecting information, has a preventive power. It has become alarming in Shkodra, given that the blood feud phenomenon is strong. There is no need to send additional forces, but to collect information to prevent other criminal events.
In Durrës or Vlora, trafficking intersects, the criminal groups we are talking about today, in addition to Shkodra, have connections to drug trafficking in Elbasan, Fier and Vlora, but Vlora, Fier and Elbasan are bringing elements of drug trafficking that carry out their activities in Latin America.
