The Argentine national team once again organized the traditional "asado" the day before the final group stage match against Jordan, having already secured first place in its group at the World Cup.
The “asado argentino” is a well-known culinary tradition in Argentina, mainly associated with celebrations and important events. The team had organized a similar activity before the match against Austria, but this time on a larger scale.
All the players and technical staff gathered in the training center courtyard, where they held the traditional cooking ceremony. Goalkeeper Emiliano Martinez was the main responsible for roasting the meat, while Lautaro Martinez helped him with the preparations.
According to information published by " Protothema.gr ", more than 500 kilograms of beef were used for this "asado".
The meat was transported from Argentina to the United States, after the event had been planned for months. The shipment passed strict health and customs checks before arriving at its destination.
