Jennifer Lopez has broken her silence for the first time since filing for divorce from actor Ben Affleck on Tuesday. The 55-year-old singer took to Instagram Stories on Friday, but fans waiting for details on her condition or her split from the 52-year-old actor may be left disappointed.

Instead of sharing something new, JLo reposted a 'selfie' she took earlier that was shared by a fan account. The post appears to be from a photo shoot taken in December 2020.

She was wearing a soft pale pink sweatshirt to match the chilly weather, and a Christmas tree could be seen in the background, confirming the photo was taken during the holiday season.

Aside from the post, which Jennifer posted without comment or context, she has remained silent since filing for divorce.
