Thousands of citizens are protesting for the 11th day, demanding the resignation of Edi Rama as Prime Minister.
Democrats have also joined today's protest, while at noon it was announced that young democrats will join the protest for the removal of Edi Rama.
Today, the protest was also joined by Arkimed Lushaj, known as Stresi, and his father, Sali Lushaj, former bodyguard of Democratic leader Sali Berisha and considered among his loyalists.
Also joining the protest were groups of young men and women from the FRPD who also had megaphones. At times when the podium was called from time to time "Rama in prison, Berisha in prison", there were reactions from groups of people, which in many cases forced the protest administrators to state that "we are for a great goal, not division".
Protesters from various groups have demanded the removal of Stresi and his father, Sali Lushaj, from the protest. Reactions have been numerous, as Lushaj has shown nervousness whenever the call "Berisha in prison" was raised. Lushaj has reacted to these calls by raising two fingers, a symbol generally used by the Democratic Party in its protests.
