Democratic Party MP Dashnor Sula has spoken openly about the pressures he has faced within the Democratic Party. Sula stated that he has faced intimidation and attempts to "cut off his head" at the peak of his political career.
"There was behavior or approach towards me, or intimidation, or ways to restrain me, but I used an expression with people high up in the DP: I am a person who does not cross red lines even in everyday life. What I have seen, what I have heard and what I have spoken about within the DP premises and with senior individuals of the DP, I am not one of those who brings things up for sale ," Sula told "A2 CNN".
The Democratic MP emphasized that he will not remain silent when it comes to the truth and healing wounds within the party.
"But from a political point of view, I will bring the black water out of respect for the Democrats, out of respect for my integrity and that of my family, who you who are high up in the DP wanted to destroy my political career and which you achieved by cutting off my head at the peak of my career," he declared.
Sula added that he is not doing this for revenge, but to help heal the wounds that are strangling the Democratic Party.
"This is absolutely not a matter of revenge, but as long as I have breath, I will fight to heal those wounds," said Sula.
The MP said that he is not afraid to face the truth: "I told him that I am not afraid, not because I have muscles, but because I have the courage of the truth."
