The President of the Republic, Bajram Begaj, hosted today in a meeting representatives of the Association of Young Albanian Accountants operating in Italy, as well as representatives of the Italian Association of Accountants.
President Begaj commended the initiative of young Albanian professionals to contribute their potential and expertise to Albania, as well as for creating a bridge of communication and cooperation between Diaspora professionals and Albanian institutions.
The Head of State used this meeting to once again thank friendly Italy for the good integration of Albanians into Italian society, as well as for its role as the main trading partner and one of the most important investors in the country.
The focus of the conversation was also the Conference "Albania: Bridge of Opportunities - Strategic Investments for the Future", which will take place on September 18-19, 2025 in Tirana, at the initiative of two associations that President Begaj hosted today.
The Head of State expressed his support for such initiatives that impact sustainable and long-term development.
