Bertil Alliaj shot his cousin, Dalan Alliaj, 8 times with a gun on the evening of November 1 in the village of Gjorm, Vlora. According to sources, his cousin, Dalani, had gone to the apartment of Bertil, who is a person sentenced to 35 years in prison, after seeing him through security cameras installed on the street.
After spotting the car, Bertili left the apartment and, according to the police, gunshots were heard 5 minutes later. According to the statements, Bertili was in the apartment with his family.
At 8:00 PM, Bertil left the apartment, where he told his family that he was going to meet a friend, but as soon as the shots were heard, they went out into the street and found Dalan killed, one of Bertil Alliaj's family members testified. Meanwhile, as soon as they found the dead body, Bertil told them at that moment that he had killed Dalan and when he was leaving, he also told them to notify the police and say that he was the perpetrator of the murder.
Bertili also stated that they would never see each other again, as he would kill himself. But, as the perpetrator of the murder fled, two of his relatives were there, who transported Dalan to the hospital, but he could not survive the injuries he sustained.
So far, the causes remain unclear, as Bertil Alliaj himself has not preferred to give testimony and explain the motives of the serious incident.
