The nephew of the owner of the Finikounda campsite and a businessman friend of his from Athens were arrested as part of the investigation into the double murder.
The arrests come after months of investigations. In November, Greek police raided the shops of the businessman who worked for the 22-year-old, who was arrested for the murder of the 68-year-old owner of the campsite and his Albanian friend.
The businessman from Athens, in addition to being the employer of one of the two young men accused of executing the campsite owner and the Albanian, was also the person the victim's nephew called after the double murder.
The Greek man's nephew was also the only eyewitness to the murder. He stated that the first phone call he made through his partner was to the owner of the cafe in Kolonaki, who was the employer of one of the 22-year-olds suspected of being accomplices in the murder.
"So you understand what my relationship is with G. (the defendant's former employer), after the attack he is the first person I asked my girlfriend to call and inform me because I was in a state of shock and couldn't speak. She called him from her cell phone because mine was at the scene ," he said.
