The State Police has provided preliminary information regarding the mafia attack that occurred at around 2:20 p.m. at the roundabout near the airport, where Gilmando Dani was the victim, while another person was injured.
Police said they have set up checkpoints and are continuing to track down the attackers. Meanwhile, a Toyota vehicle with Greek license plates was found burning not far from the scene, and there are suspicions that it was used by the perpetrators in this attack.

At around 2:20 p.m., at the roundabout near the airport, it is suspected that shots were fired at the vehicle in which citizens M. Sh., about 40 years old, and GD, about 47 years old, were traveling.
As a result, citizen GD lost his life and citizen M. Sh. was injured, who is in hospital, under the care of doctors, in serious health condition.
Police services have surrounded the area, set up checkpoints and are continuing their work to capture the perpetrator(s).
Meanwhile, the investigative group, led by the Prosecutor's Office, is working to clarify the circumstances of the incident.
