In 2017 I had an attempt to destroy property. It was not resolved as an incident. In 2018 they completely destroyed my business. I have a business in Bradashesh. Step by step I did 4 of these.
Since 2013 I have a fixed base. Before this activity I was also outside Albania from 1998-2003. I then worked in import-export. I brought cars in those years when there were not many. I stayed in France, Germany, Switzerland.
In 2006, I opened a gym in Elbasan. I also had a tourist agency and a bar.
The 2017 incident was just an attempt. I was at home. I also had a guard. I was notified that there was a fire outside the service station. The firefighters put out the fire, but 3 vehicles were damaged.
In 2018, there was another arson attack. At the time, I was detained by the police in Albania after suspicions from Italian justice regarding car insurance fraud. It was an incident from 2009.
On the third day of my detention, they set fire to my business, burning 10 vehicles and 10 motorbikes. While I was detained, I learned about the incident on TV. I was in isolation for 45 days.
I went to the police and the prosecutor's office, where I gave statements about who I had problems with. I don't even know where I got these stories from today.
After the incident, the guard's son, Arbër Ramollari, told me that it was Elio Bitri and 2 others.
Elio Bitri lived very close to my work. We frequented the same bar. I didn't want to contact Elio Bitri. I was observing myself. I wanted to find out more and didn't engage in discussions. I couldn't find out more.
I have left this to God. The day I found out that Nuredin Dumani was injured and that they had come to kill me, I was in Germany. At that time, I had Facebook and I had posted live. I was with my family there.
When I returned to Albania, after a week, many names were being discussed. After 2 months, news came out that Dumani was coming to kill me in Elbasan.
I don't remember who told me that my vision went dark. I couldn't believe it. I've been told several times, even the police have told me, that there was talk that it was coming for me.
I had never heard the name Nuredin Dumani. I have no connection with any of these people.
My family asked me to leave, but I didn't want to leave a stain on my family. If they want, let them come, I told them. I wasn't afraid of anyone. I didn't have any conflict that I could link them to./ A2 Cnn
