A 26-year-old man has been arrested by police after being caught selling narcotics in Shëngjin, Lezha.
During the physical search and the search of the apartment, the police seized the narcotic substance cannabis. The action was carried out by the "Eagle" forces, following information received in the operational route.
"The Police Services, during the physical search, found doses of the suspected narcotic substance cannabis on this citizen. Subsequently, during the search in his apartment, they found another quantity of the suspected narcotic substance cannabis. At the end of the procedural actions, citizen RL, 26 years old, resident of Shëngjin, was arrested in flagrante delicto for the criminal offense of "production and sale of narcotics", the police announced.
The procedural materials have been referred to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Lezha, for further action.
