Member of criminal group, 43-year-old arrested in Fier; footage from the operation (Video)

A 43-year-old man, wanted by Italian authorities, has been arrested by Operational Forces in Fier.

The arrested man with two identities is expected to be extradited to Italy, and is accused of being a member of a criminal group that trafficked narcotics.

"The structures of the Directorate of Special Operational Force at the DPRSh, following successive operations to capture citizens declared internationally wanted, finalized the operation codenamed "Operation 74", during which the following citizen was captured in Fier and put in handcuffs:

"EZ alias RZ, 43 years old, resident of Fier," the Police announced.

This citizen was declared internationally wanted after the Court of Cantalissetta, Italy, with the decision dated 01.09.2025, assigned him the security measure "Arrest in prison", for the criminal offenses "Trafficking in narcotics" and "Structured criminal group".
