Protesters gathered this evening in Tirana marched from Skanderbeg Square to the Prime Minister's Office, where they continued their rally with calls against the government and Prime Minister Edi Rama.
Throughout the march and upon arrival in front of the Prime Minister's Office building, participants continuously chanted "Rama, resign!" , making this the main rallying cry. Other slogans such as "Albania demands revolution", "Rama in prison, Berisha in prison" and "Down with the patronage players" were also heard in the chorus , accompanied by applause and cheers from those present.
Another message repeated by the protesters was "New Albania!" , while the organizers described the protest as part of a mobilization that, according to them, will continue in the coming days and weeks.
According to the organizers, the goal of the protest remains unchanged: the resignation of Prime Minister Edi Rama. They called on citizens to join future rallies, stating that the protests will not stop until their demands are met.
The march took place under increased security measures. This evening's protest comes after the July 2 rally, during which there were clashes between some of the protesters and the police, which led to the arrest of several people. Some of them were released today by decisions of the Tirana Court, while the organizers have stated that the mobilization will continue.

Duhet qendrese por dhe aksion. Nese therrasim revolucion nuk mund dhe nuk duhet te jemi kaq paqesor. Kemi perballe nje shtet te kalbur ne korrupsion. Eshte asgje perballe forces popullit. Rama nuk e dorezon pushtetin me paqe. Nuk ka per te ndodhur, nuk ndodh ta harrojme. Interesat jane aq te medha sa dhe sikur te doje Rama, nuk e lene ata qe e kane mbajtur deri tani qe jane mbi Ramen. Dhe deklarata qe denojme dhunen, nese dikush thyen nje xham apo perplaset me policine nuk duhet. Sepse ata persona shoqerohen, dhe ne keto kushte kane nevoje per mbeshtetjen tone. Asgje nuk kane berr kane te srejten e tyre te protessmtojne. Nje qeveri me nje Kryehajdut ne krye meriton cdo gje. Na kane mbyt. Shtrenjtuar gjithcka. Kudo bejne ligjin te fortet drogaxhit. Ju thoni mos beni dhune. Po ca thoni ore, jeni ne vete. Ke po rruani Taulandin Uluziun Bracen apo Bidon?!
