After being held in Orosh for over 12 hours, the two extremists Julian Cumraku

Julian Cumraku and Erzen Uka, who were arrested on Monday evening in Fushë Arrëz, have arrived at the Court of First Instance in Shkodra. They will be informed of the security measures today.

They are suspected of being indoctrinated with extremist tendencies, while weapons and an ISIS flag were found in the apartment where they were hiding.

Uka and Çumraku surrendered after more than 13 hours of being surrounded in an apartment in the Orosh neighborhood of the village of Kryezi, Fushë-Arrëz.

They have refused to give evidence to the police to clarify any connections they may have with terrorist groups abroad, and where they found the weapons, so investigators are convinced that they were helped by other people.

Residents of the area have also spoken of a third person, as the two of them have often been seen in the company of a person with long hair.

Çumraku had returned to live in his ancestral village for more than a year, while Uka had recently joined him. During the search of the apartment, police found weapons, ammunition, grenades and a flag of the "ISIS" organization.

Erzen Uka has previously been convicted of inciting hatred and conflict, while Julian Çumraku has a record of theft and intimidation.
