Journalist Eni Ferhati has published new details regarding the assassination attempt in which 47-year-old Gilmando Dani was killed, while the driver of the vehicle, Mustafa Sheqeri, was injured.
On the show "Noë me Erla Mëhillin", Ferhati said that the assassination was recorded by security cameras, while he stated that one of the perpetrators had one of his weapons blocked while the assistant immediately gave him another weapon.
The journalist said that there is a possibility that the people involved in the assassination were disguised with plastic human masks to hide their identities.
"I have some information that one of the assassins' weapons seems to be jamming, and this lasts about 30 seconds.
All three people were masked, I don't know if they were wearing regular masks or plastic ones that gave them a different look. When his weapon jammed, another person from the group of assassins immediately came to his aid.
"This was a firing squad, something scary, and to be sure of their intention, according to the security cameras, one of the assassins with a short gun moved to the passenger's side. So, the information was correct, the person using the short gun, who shot at Gilmando Dani, could have also shot the driver, but that was not the intention. The bullets were focused exactly on Dani," the journalist said.
