Execution of Elvis and Fatmira Dedaj, daughter testifies in GJKKO: My mom was

Fatmira Dedaj's daughter testified at the Criminal Court regarding the murder of her brother Elvis and, a year later, of her mother.

According to journalist Anila Hoxha, she testified in the Plumbi i Artë trial, stating that she had no knowledge of the circumstances surrounding the murder of her brother and mother. Fatmira Deda's daughter says she heard in the media that her mother was killed for 20 thousand euros.

M. Halili: I was born and raised in Kavaja, then my brother, for whatever reason and circumstances, moved to Durrës.

-What business did your brother have?

"I don't know what business my brother has become, I don't know what else he has done, he left abroad and I met him in 1997, he was in emigration. Initially I know that he fled to Italy, then to the Netherlands and Belgium. In 2008 I realized that he had come to Albania. I was at work, they called me and said, look, it's "Lozhja". After the incident, I fled to Germany, because I couldn't accept what happened.

When I was in Germany, when I talked to my mom and told her that I was with her, but I didn't feel right helping her. Because I didn't even know the people. I found out on TV that my mom had been killed in 2013. In 1997, I severed all ties with my brother. My family didn't deserve this ending.

My brother was very close to my mother. After my brother's murder, I didn't have much communication with my mother, as I gave myself time to understand what had happened. My mother was executed for some money. I heard in the media that my mother was killed for 20 thousand euros. Besnik Dedja is the uncle of the lodge, of my brother, as he had more of a relationship with them than with me.

In 2014 I met Mr. Festim Qoli, about my brother's property. He asked me to sell some shares of a building, a business. The sale value was 45 thousand euros. I simply signed. I didn't talk much with Festim Qoli, he made me divide the property with my mother. I had no idea about that. Besnik Dede came to my house and asked me to sign so that they could track all the properties that my mother and my brother had.

Besnik Dedja (uncle) did not tell me that Festim Qoli was a suspect in the murder of my brother. I inherited only one apartment from my mother, which I sold and bought another apartment. I have never been to the apartment where my mother lived. I left it to the justice system, I am not interested in the murder of my brother and mother. I did not live with my mother or any of my mother's family members. I did not live with my mother or my brother. They fled from Kavaja and went to Durrës", testified M. Halili.
