The police have reacted to the murder of a 43-year-old businessman in Elbasan. According to information, the incident occurred in the "Emin Matraxhiu" neighborhood, around 20:35. It is reported that the victim was found murdered inside the vehicle.
Meanwhile, it is learned that checkpoints have been set up at the exit of the city, and checks are continuing in the area and in various environments, to catch the perpetrators.
"Around 20:35, a report was received that in the "Emin Matraxhiu" neighborhood, inside a parked vehicle, citizen MM alias EH, 43 years old, was found shot to death.
Police services immediately went to the scene and checkpoints were set up at the exit of the city, and checks are continuing in the area and in various environments, to catch the perpetrator(s).
Meanwhile, a special investigative group has been established, which, under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office, is working intensively to clarify the circumstances, legal documentation, as well as to identify and capture the perpetrator(s ), the police announced.
