Businessman Edmond Mëhalla was executed this evening in his vehicle, near the gas station he owned on the Southern Ring Road of Elbasan.
The police are investigating several leads, as it is suspected of past conflicts or events. The 43-year-old has been booked and criminally prosecuted for distributing narcotics.
Edmond Mëhalla has a criminal record, including for illegal possession of weapons. He is known as a businessman not only in the fuel sector, but also in the taxi sector and other activities.
It is also learned that the 43-year-old lived in the Paris Municipality area of Tirana.
