Dashnor Dumani, who was extradited three days ago from the United Arab Emirates, has been accommodated by the General Directorate of Prisons since yesterday, in the premises of Prison No. 313 in Tirana.
The decision to accommodate him in this prison was made by officials of the Prisons Directorate, who, in implementation of the order issued by Judge Bib Ndreca, have taken the necessary measures for safe accommodation within the high-security detention facility.
The different treatment of Dashnor Dumani is not related to the fact that he is Nuredin's brother, but also because the following premises are that he could be SPAK's next repentant, where he could talk about the crimes he committed in collaboration with Talo Çela and other people.
SPAK is aiming to turn Dumani into a repentant person, who tells in the first person, the crimes he participated in and the criminal collaborations.
Dashnor Dumani, accused of "Murder under other qualifying circumstances" against Endrit Alibej, Arben Dylgjeri and Erdal Duranay, a crime committed within the framework of a "Criminal Organization", is held alone in a cell in a security sector in 313, which is separate from the sector where his brother, Nuredin Dumani, is held.
Dashnor Dumani is expected to enter the program for the protection of family members of prosecutorial associates, as he is the brother of Nuredin Dumani, the contract killer who has gained SPAK's repentant status since 2022.
One request from Nuredin Dumani is enough to add the list of his family members to the protection program and SPAK prosecutors immediately issue an order for special treatment and increased security for Dashnor Dumani.
The charge against Dashnor Dumani is serious and if he were found guilty of the Bradashesh massacre that occurred on December 29, 2018, he risks a life sentence./ Ora News
