A road accident with several injuries occurred this Saturday on the Shkodër-Tirana axis, causing great concern for drivers and citizens in the area.
Three vehicles were involved in the incident, including a car driven by an officer of the Shkodra Local Police. All persons involved in the accident sustained injuries, but fortunately are out of danger.
Due to the involvement of a police officer, investigative procedures are being conducted by the Shkodra prosecutor's office. The investigative team is at the scene and is working to determine the exact causes of the collision.
The incident once again raises questions about road safety and the need for stricter controls on this busy segment that often becomes the scene of accidents.
