From Delina Ibrahimaj's 320 thousand euro apartment to Mirela Kumbaro's family investments, Blendi Gonxha's wife's 247 thousand euro deposit and Ermal Nufi's income from boards. The annual declarations of ministers' assets are revealed, highlighting properties, loans, bank accounts, investment funds and family income.

The High Inspectorate for Asset Declaration and Control has published the annual asset declarations of government cabinet members for 2025, highlighting investments in real estate, loans, and movements in bank accounts.

Among the ministers who stand out for the biggest changes is the Minister of Economy and Innovation, Delina Ibrahimaj, who has declared the purchase of an apartment with an area of ​​244.98 square meters, worth 320 thousand euros, where she is 100% owner. According to the declaration, the property has not yet been registered and is financed entirely with bank loans. During 2025, she has repaid only 1,606 euros, while the remaining obligation to the bank is 318,394 euros.

Ibrahimaj also declares that she owns two other apartments, which she has left as collateral for the loan. In addition to her salary as a minister and former Minister of State, she has declared income from rentals in the amount of 13,200 euros, as well as investments in financial funds. Her income from ministerial functions during the year amounts to over 3.5 million lek, while she also declares other income in several categories.

The family of Education Minister Mirela Kumbaro also shows significant wealth movements. The minister herself has added around 4.6 million lek to her bank accounts and declares salary income of around 3 million lek.

However, the biggest changes result from the declaration of her husband, Aleksandër Furxhi, who has purchased 50% of a 69.10 square meter apartment, worth 72 thousand euros, as well as 50% of an 18 square meter garage. The declaration also includes investments in funds worth 5 million lek, royalties of 3.6 million lek, as well as numerous movements in bank accounts, with withdrawals reaching up to 98 thousand euros.

The statement of the Minister of Agriculture, Andis Salla, is completely different, as it turns out that he only has one real estate asset, an apartment with an area of ​​48 square meters, worth 3.2 million lek, of which he is the sole owner.

Salla declares an income of around 2.7 million lek, provided by his salary as a minister and from the period when he headed the Municipality of Cerrik. He does not appear to have any bank loans, while the decrease in one of his bank accounts by over 5.2 million lek is noticeable.

Ndërsa ministri Ermal Nufi deklaron blerjen e një automjeti me vlerë 15 mijë euro dhe shitjen e një automjeti tjetër për 8 mijë euro. Ai zotëron gjithashtu një llogari bankare me 10,978 euro dhe fonde investimi në vlerën 251 mijë lekë.

Në deklarimin e Nufit bien në sy edhe të ardhurat e konsiderueshme nga pjesëmarrja në borde dhe këshilla drejtues. Ai ka përfituar 18 mijë euro nga Durrës Yacht & Marina, 1.29 milionë lekë nga KAYO sh.a., 471 mijë lekë nga Albpetrol, 106 mijë lekë nga Agjencia Shtetërore e Kadastrës dhe 51 mijë lekë nga Autoriteti Rrugor Shqiptar, duke siguruar të ardhura shtesë përtej pagës si ministër.

Deklarimet e këtij viti tregojnë se pasuritë e ministrave vijojnë të dominohen nga investimet në prona, kreditë bankare për blerje banesash dhe lëvizjet në depozita e fonde investimi, ndërsa në disa raste pasuritë e familjarëve rezultojnë më të zgjeruara sesa ato të vetë anëtarëve të kabinetit qeveritar.
