The Spaç miners ended their protest after 40 days, used by the leader of the Trade Union Confederation, Kol Nikollaj, for his purposes against the Turkish concession company "Tete Albania", which refused to negotiate in exchange for not starting the strike.
After realizing that their protest was a scenario of Colonel Nikolla for personal gain, the miners decided to withdraw and sought dialogue and social partnership with the company's leaders to address bilateral obligations.
This social partnership, Kol Nikollaj destroyed, by fabricating and inciting the protest in Spaç, after the leaders of the Turkish company "Tete Albania" "broke his teeth" and expelled him in the eyes of the miners, because he did not have legal representation as a union leader and requested secret funding so as not to incite a protest.
The protest took place, those employees who blocked the work with the deceptions and enticements of the scoundrel Kol Nikollaj, logically left their jobs by abandoning it, while Kol Nikollaj enjoys the luxury of orgies, with the millions he has extorted from other companies and from the union's properties.
The director of the Turkish company "Tete Albania", Cem Koray Vagci, from the beginning of the protest, publicly declared to the miners and state institutions that he is not against the protest, nor against the unions.
But according to the law, dialogue requires a partnership union representation, which Col. Nikolla's Confederation and he himself do not have, because according to Albanian law on unions, partnership with the employer is only representation with a legal union structure in the company where the employees are.
But not with a bluff like Colonel Nikollaj, who, with a seal in his pocket as the eternal president of the confederation, goes to ask company owners for illegal financing, or he will raise workers in protests and block their work.
Kol Nikollaj committed this atrocity against the Turkish company "Tete Albania" in Spaç, asking for illegal financing, and when they refused, Kola incited the miners' protest, with the aim of blocking production.
But the Spaç miners stopped the protest and demanded dialogue and legal partnership with the employer, abandoning the swindler and fraudster Kol Nikollaj, who was shamefully defeated.
