On Friday, Edi Rama went by helicopter to Vlora to explain to the residents of Zvërnec, regarding the lands looted by the mafiosi Artur Shehu and Pëllumb Petritaj, and the benefits of the resort that the daughter and son-in-law of the US President, Donald Trump, will build.
He held the meeting at the Municipality of Vlora, with 20 selected employees of this municipality and 5 residents of Vlora who have rented land in Zvërnec, while the only residents of the village were two representatives of the Moçka and Ballaj families, who "nailed" him by tearing off his mask.
But even in that meeting, Edi Rama showed his impudence, saying that before 2013, ownership certificates were issued for marine areas, they were registered as land, and they were given construction permits inland.
To present himself and his government as supposedly protectors of private and state property and enforcers of the law, Edi Rama lied, saying that before 2013, parts of Butrint were granted and registered as private property, and construction permits were issued.
In fact, in the Butrint area, permits were granted and construction was carried out before 2013, even on the beaches, but not in the sea and only outside the Butrint Park.
Meanwhile, Edi Rama, through ministers Mirela Kumbaro, Blendi Klosi and Elva Margariti, not only gave all of Butrint as a concession, but also removed 600 hectares from the Butrint natural park.
This area was donated for the construction of resorts with villas and palaces, one of them being the "Alb-Star" company of Sadik and Idajet Ismaliaj, who own the stadium tower and have received around 200 million Euros in tenders and public assets during Edi Rama's 13 years in power.
By order of Edi Rama and the firm of Mirela Kumbaro, the sausage production company "Hako" was given 2,000 m2 of land in the center of Butrint, where it built a hotel, restaurants, kebab shops and a parking lot.
On the orders of Edi Rama, the trafficker Andrea Çaushi was given the Lëkurës Castle in Saranda, which was turned into a resort; while his trafficker friend Dajlan Abdia was given 68 hectares of land in the coastal area adjacent to this castle, to build a resort.
By order and decision of Edi Rama as Chairman of the National Territorial Council and permission from Minister Mirela Kumbaro, the "Bega 07" company of her drug trafficker friend Arben Muçobega was given 11 hectares of coastline in the Bay of Llamanmi in Porto Palermo for a resort.
Prime Minister Edi Rama said that before 2013, marine areas were registered as farmland and construction permits were issued for hotels and restaurants inland.
In fact, Edi Rama himself, on March 16, 2022, with Decision No. 28 of the National Territorial Council signed by him, granted the company "Adhenis" Sh.pk of the mafia Artur Shehu, a construction permit for a hotel and restaurant 50 meters into the sea opposite the Lungomare in Vlora, and this sea surface, the cadastre has registered as private property.
In the period January 2020-April 2025 alone, Edi Rama has granted 52 other construction permits within the sea in Ksamil, Saranda, Himara, Vlora, Divjaka, Lalz, Kavaja, Durrës, Shëngjin and Velipojë.
But to friends, oligarchs, traffickers and family members of government officials and screen characters, Edi Rama has granted 168 permits for hotels, villas and resorts, in protected areas, parks and rocky ridges of state property by the sea, which they have registered as land owned by them.
In fact, Edi Rama has granted permission for buildings within the protected area of the "Volorka-Tushemsht Natural Park" on the edge of the lake in Pogradec to Sali Berisha's son-in-law, environmentalist Jamarbër Malltezi, and his partner Fatmir Bektashi, all three defendants on trial for the "Partizani" affair./ Pamphlet
