Orban welcomes Trump-Putin meeting in Hungary: We are ready!

Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban has reacted immediately after US President Donald Trump's statement that the next meeting between him and Vladimir Putin will be held in Hungary.

In a post on the social network "X", Orban applauded Trump and Putin's plans to meet in Budapest. He called it great news for all peace-loving people in the world.

" The planned meeting between the American and Russian presidents is excellent news for the peace-loving peoples of the world. We are ready! " he said.
