With state funds for the "100 Tourist Villages" project, government leaders and their clients have implemented the same falsification and extortion scheme as with the incinerator funds and the "IPARD II" agricultural funds that the European Union sent to Albania.
Reliable information, received by "Pamphlet" from sources within the Ministry of Finance, reveals major abuses of state budget funds that the government allocated for the "100 Tourist Villages" rural development project.
For this project, the Ministry of Finance has allocated 150 million euros, managed and tendered by the Ministry of Culture, headed by Mirela Kumbaro and then by Elva Margariti, and by the Albanian Development Fund, headed by Dritan Agolli.
But after the financial audit of the files submitted by the Ministry of Culture and the Albanian Development Fund, for the investments made in the 100 selected villages, and from the physical verification on the ground, it resulted that 110 million euros were not invested in the project.
More precisely, out of the 110 million euros spent on "grapes and plums", it was found that 68 million euros were not invested at all in tourist villages, while 42 million euros were given to private guesthouses, villas and businesses, to individuals connected to the power structure.
Out of a total of 150 million euros, only 40 million euros have actually been invested in the "100 Tourist Villages" project, but in 62 selected villages in the districts of Tirana, Durrës, Elbasan, Fier, Berat, Lezhë, Shkodër, Kukës, Gjirokastër, Korçë, Vlorë and Dibër, not a single penny has been invested.
Meanwhile, in the letters from the Ministry of Culture signed by former ministers Mirela Kumbaro and Elva Margariti, and in the letters from the Albanian Development Fund, signed by director Dritan Agolli, investments are declared in all 100 villages selected for tourism development.
The "100 Tourist Villages" project, with investment funds of 150 million euros from the state budget in January 2018, was planned to be completed by the end of 2020, and envisaged the following aspects:
Improvement of public road and sports infrastructure, revitalization of public and urban spaces, community, environmental, tourist infrastructure, cultural heritage monuments, multifunctional community centers, environmental landscapes, historical centers, etc.
But the only implementation of this project results in the tendering of funds, the disappearance of 110 million euros, the donation of millions to villas, resorts and businesses of people connected to the government, and the filling out of files as if investments had been made for 100 tourist villages.
Greed and theft using the phantom project "100 tourist villages" still continue with additional funds from the state budget, through fictitious tenders worth millions of euros that are devised and developed by the Director of the Albanian Development Fund, Dritan Agolli.
Together with private companies and mayors, they draft false documents, accompanied by the propaganda of Prime Minister Edi Rama and the current Minister of Culture, Blendi Gonxhe.
It is a file containing a major and obvious financial crime, committed through fraud and falsification of documents, which should serve as investigative evidence for SPAK./ Pamphlet

Te dyja femra debile.Qe ne nisje ky projekt ishte nje flluske.Si mund te flitet per fshatra tiristike dhe investime ne to kur pothuaj se te tere keto fshatra jane me prona te pahipotekuara.Pra ne to nuk mund te riparosh nje ndertese apo me keq te ngresh nje te re.Keto lloj projektesh,te pa studiuara behe qellimisht per propagande dhe per te krijuar mjergull per ujqerit.

Kjo nuk ka lidhje me barazine gjinore me kabinetin qeverisesh te Ramutit. Ramuti formoj haremin tij me hajdute te perdala qe po ndihmojnë dyndjen sllave drejte tokave shqiptare. Ramuti me haremin e tij do ta beje Shqiperine province sllavomongole.
Ky konstatim i pamfletit bashke me raportin e KLSH mjaftojne që SPAK të hetojë dhe nëse çka thuhet ne raport të dergojë personat përgjegjes para drejtesise. Edhe ne se jane me imunitet shembullin na e dha Greqia qe i hoqi imunitetin 13 deputeteve te maxhorances vetem me akuzen si te perfshire ne shperdorimin e fondeve publike...
