Ergys Agasi is wanted, but controls Cybercrime in the Police: how Ervina Gjana
Ergys Agasi and Ervina Gjana /

From the disappearance of the hard drive with secret data in 2014, to the robbery of the police database in 2023 and the seizure by SPAK in December 2025, despite investigations into involvement in Ergys Agas's criminal group, Ervina Gjana remains at the head of the General Directorate of Cybercrime, enabling the wanted person to remotely control the police.

Since December 2025, Ergys Agasi has been declared wanted by SPAK, but while they are (pretending to) search for him, Gysi continues to remotely control the General Directorate of Cybercrime at the State Police.

The General Director of Cybercrime continues to be Ervina Gjana, an active part of Ergys Agas's group, connected through her husband Renato Hristic, who is also involved in other criminal groups and activities.

On December 16, 2025, by decision of SPAK and the Special Court, Director Ervina Gjana's phone, computers, office documents, and numerous materials at home, which constitute evidence and clues of criminal offenses, were seized.

The seizure was carried out as part of an investigation into involvement in a structured criminal group with online fraud, call-center activities, interference in IT systems and TIMS, disclosure of secret police data and collaboration in cybercrime, with her husband Renato Hristic, in favor of Ergys Agasi.

Although under investigation by SPAK, with accusations of personal and family involvement in criminal activity and a structured group, Ervina Gjana continues to be the General Director of Cybercrime at the State Police.

Keeping a member of the "Agasi" group in office is a violation of the security and confidentiality of internal information of the Albanian police and foreign partner agencies, which exchange data on the fight against crime.

Given this profile of Ervina Gjana and her previous criminal investigation cases related to crime, it is urgent to dismiss her from duty and even remove her from the police service, because de facto, the General Directorate of Anti-Cybercrime is controlled by Ergys Agasi.

Furthermore, Ervina Gjana has 4 other criminal files in the Tirana Prosecutor's Office, SPAK and the Police Supervision Agency.

On August 2, 2023, together with the Director of IT at the State Police, Ervin Muça, the Director of Cybercrime, Ervina Gjana, stole the database with secret data of the State Police.

They stole data on the entry and exit of people at border points, biometric documents, files on criminal events, police actions, lists of people suspected of terrorism, people under surveillance and wanted, communications and secret reports between the police, justice, security agencies and foreign partners.

On May 30, 2014, when Ervina Gjana was an IT specialist at the State Police Directorate, the Albanian State Anti-Corruption Commission reported her to the Prosecutor's Office and suspended her from duty, after she had stolen the hard drive of the official computer where highly confidential data was stored.

In January 2025, another report was filed against the Director of Cybercrime, Ervina Gjana, at the Tirana Prosecutor's Office, but the case was quietly dismissed.

So, the police are trying to arrest Ergys Agas, but in fact, he is inside the police dome and is informed about everything, through the "soldier" of his criminal group, Ervina Gjana, General Director of Cybercrime./ Pamphlet
