A large-scale fire has broken out in the Dukat field, just 50 meters from several homes, creating an extremely dangerous situation. The flames are spreading rapidly, while residents are calling for urgent intervention to avoid involving residential buildings.
At the scene, until a few minutes ago, there was only a police car and a few random passersby, while the fire department had not yet arrived. Published footage shows residents trying to put out the flames themselves, while tension rises every moment.
Another fire has broken out on a hill near the village of Drashovicë, in the Municipality of Selenica. Difficult terrain and strong winds are favoring the spread of the flames, increasing the risk to surrounding areas. Authorities announce that intervention will be carried out as soon as possible to prevent the situation from worsening.
