Protesters gathered this evening in front of the Prime Minister's Office have begun marching through the main streets of the capital, repeating calls against the government and demanding the resignation of Prime Minister Edi Rama.
With the slogans "More tomorrow", "Revolution" and "Edi Rama resigns", the participants continued the protest even after the speeches ended, turning the rally into a march through the streets of Tirana.
The protesters have declared that they will not back down from their demands and that they will continue the opposition action until the Prime Minister resigns. Through slogans and banners, they have made it clear to the head of government that, in their opinion, the civic revolt will not stop until the political objective they have declared is achieved.
The protest, which began at 6:00 PM in front of the Prime Minister's Office building, is still ongoing, while organizers claim that the number of participants has increased during the evening.
