Fire at the QSUT building, cameras open.
Cause of the flames was the carelessness of some minors.
The fire that destroyed 30 apartments in a 12-story building near the area known as "Farmacia 10" is suspected to have been caused by the negligence of minors.
It is learned that the investigative group has managed the security camera footage of several surrounding businesses and the video shows 5 minor children standing for several minutes in the back of the market.
Then, two of them leave holding an unclear object (suspected to be a cigarette butt) which they throw on some cardboard boxes placed outside the market and leave. Just a few minutes later, smoke appears in the same place, which quickly turns into flames, and spreads rapidly to the facade of the building and causes extensive damage.
Police have arrested four people, suspected of the criminal offenses of “negligent destruction of property” and “violation of occupational safety regulations.” Meanwhile, four other people have been criminally prosecuted and are under investigation.
The arrested have denied the charges and have stated that they have no connection to the fire.

How they "tailored" Erion Riçku's suit to head Customs
Sources within the customs system and administration have informed "Pamphlet" of the scheme used by the government and the leaders of the General Customs to place the "scoundrel" Erion Riçku at the head of the Tirana customs branch, without any real competition and in violation of all recruitment procedures.
The fact is this: On the official website of the Department of Public Administration, Announcement No. 7568 for Head of the Tirana Customs Branch has been published. But this is not a real competition. It is a job that has been done before, sewn up for Erion Riçku. The procedure is done only for show, to give a pair of regular papers to a decision made in the shadows.
This is shown by the chronological steps.
First, about a month before the announcement was made, Erion Riçku was transferred to the position of Head of the Appeals and Complaints Sector at the General Directorate of Customs. A parallel move, without competition, without fuss.
Secondly, immediately after this transfer, he was appointed Deputy Head of the Tirana Customs Branch. So, without any competition, he is now leading the largest customs branch in the country, where the vast majority of Albanian imports and exports pass through.
Third, only after they have already seated him in the chair, is Advertisement No. 7568 opened, to make this position permanent. First they put him in office, then they open the competition to make it with regular papers.
"Ogiçi" of Engjëll Agaç and Blendi Çuç
Enea Frederik Hoti, takes the post of Secretary General of the CEC
"Pamfleti" is informed that Enea Frederik Hoti, known as the "ogiçi" of Çngjëll Agaçi and Bledar Çuçi, is expected to be appointed Secretary General of the CEC, after an entire career in Çuçi's ministries, where he signed stolen tenders worth tens of millions of euros, granting land concessions and extorting funds. Hoti moved from the prime ministership to the Ministry of Agriculture and then to the Interior, leaving behind a series of abuses, including 32 million euros in vaccination tenders, 660 hectares of concessioned public land and 180 million euros in abuses in the Centralized Purchasing Agency. Now, with the agreement of the CEC chairman, Ilirjan Celibashi, he is being rewarded with a key position to sign new deals.
The name of the Skut Enea Frederik Hoti has resurfaced to grab another state position, as a reward for having been Engjëll Agaci's "ogiç" and a realtor, signer and implementer of deals with assets and funds administered by Bledar Çuçi in 3 ministries during the 13 years of SP power.
According to the information available to "Pamfleti", Enea Hoti is expected to be appointed Secretary General of the CEC, agreed between the chairman Ilirjan Celibashi and Engjëll Agaçi and Çuçi of Babloku.
After the investigation by SPAK into the affairs with tenders in the CEC, Ilirjan Celibashi handed over the responsibility to the Secretary General, Ylli Merkaj.
For this vacant position, Engjëll Agaçi and Bledar Çuçi offered Ilirjan Celibashi and agreed with him that the scoundrel and realtor Enea Hoti be appointed Secretary General of the CEC.

Albanian Prime Minister Rama is known for his special relationship with his Italian counterpart, Georgia Meloni. The two leaders continue to cooperate in various fields, in the interest of both countries.
A joint meeting between the governments of Albania and Italy was held in November 2025. Both Meloni and Rama considered the cooperation between the parties to be historic.
