Berisha held today what he called the first rostrum of the tour, where he met and had an open conversation with the citizens of unit no. 9 in Tirana.
One of the young people present told Berisha to his face that figures in the DP who have not yielded results continue to be promoted and that this political force is constantly dealing with only one topic.
"I thought that when you first launched the Platform, we were all very enthusiastic that this side of the DP would take the lead. Any MP who did not get the right results would be dismissed or would not be given the opportunity to continue on the path."
It's very easy to live on the salary of an opposition MP, and difficult when you're a simple democrat.
The analysis that would be done would be motivation for those of us who have been active. I was active when we were in opposition. I do not know the government, we are held back by anger and the logic and ideal that we are active with the DP. When I see that a person who has not had good results is promoted in the DP, I, as a young person, am discouraged. This is the reason why many people are discouraged, we can barely fill the committees.
"I find it surprising that we spend so much time on just one issue. This DP, which is the collector of 600 thousand votes, I don't believe that there is only one topic to talk about all the time. We were surprised how we took a meeting only with the dismissal of Niko Peles, a waste of our resources," he said.
" Thank you for the suggestions you made... the arrival of the deputies is necessary and will be constant. We will correct it ," Berisha replied.
