Rama surrounded by the US and SPAK! Ilir Kulla speaks

Kulla stated that the Government-SPAK clash will have a winner, but warned that the path towards this end could bring serious political and international consequences.

Invited tonight on the show "Të Pashoj", security analyst and expert Ilir Kulla made strong statements, describing a critical and dangerous situation for the country's political stability.

According to him, SPAK's request for the arrest of the Deputy Prime Minister and the recent decisions of the Constitutional Court have opened a new open conflict between the Government and the Prosecution, a conflict that is turning into a power struggle.

Kulla stated that the Government-SPAK clash will have a winner, but warned that the path towards this end could bring serious political and international consequences.

He emphasized that Prime Minister Edi Rama was mistaken with the concept of a non-political government and that, in the current conditions, a deep reform of the cabinet, up to 90%, is needed to avoid escalating the crisis.

In the studio, Kulla issued a strong warning: if the prime minister decides to escalate the war with SPAK, Albania risks sanctions from international partners.

According to him, Rama is today in a situation similar to that of Sali Berisha in 1999, under internal pressure and strict external surveillance.

The analyst stated that only two extreme scenarios can save Rama: early elections or a political pact with the opposition, even to the point of affecting the existence of SPAK, which would bring strong institutional shocks. Meanwhile, Kulla also harshly criticized the political class, saying that Rama and Berisha have destroyed political parties, killed internal debate and paved the way for populism that brings instability.

Speaking about SPAK, he stressed that expectations are very high, but warned that continued clashes with the government and possible human rights violations could lead to a collapse of public trust.

On the international level, Kulla expressed skepticism about the future of the European Union, emphasizing that Europe is suffering the consequences of the decisions of incompetent leaders and that, without deep reflection, Albania's membership in the EU remains an objective without real meaning.
