Responding to questions from KLP members, Prosecutor Adnan Xholi emphasized that his weak point is related to his focus on collecting evidence before arrests are made.
According to him, herein lies the key to a prosecutor's success.
"The weak point has to do with the interest and dedication in collecting evidence before proceeding with the arrests, as I initially focus on collecting evidence. The success of the prosecutor is in collecting evidence. I do not put people in prison without evidence; it is a legal, constitutional and divine violation!", declared Xholi.
Asked how he wants to be remembered as a prosecutor and what legacy he would leave, Adnan Xholi said that he will always remain as the prosecutor who has not unjustly harmed anyone.
"I hope to be remembered as a prosecutor who has not unjustly harmed anyone and has not given unfounded sentences. I do not want such a legacy. As a leader, I would like to be the type who listens to all subordinates, understands them, takes serious measures and is there for them in everything. I am a simple person and I do not seek authority. Whether I am a leader or not, these virtues will always remain part of my work," Xholi further expressed.
