This morning, under the monitoring of internationals, the interviewing of four candidates for the new head of SPAK began, after the end of Altin Dumani's mandate.
The first to start interviews with members of the KLP is prosecutor Adnan Xholi.
Responding to questions from KLP members about what he values in the two heads of SPAK, Arben Kraja and Altin Dumani, Xholi said: Kraja's maturity and expertise, Dumani's dedication and not backing down in the face of any pressure.
Xholi said that he would appreciate these qualities and that if elected head of SPAK, he would combine the good traits of everyone.
Asked how he feels when he demands the dismissal of his colleagues, Xholi said: The most embarrassing question because in our work we often ask for life sentences and that I have a problem... but when I demand the dismissal of colleagues who I know how they have faced different types of crimes, it is the biggest blow in my career. It does not make me feel proud when I demand dismissal, to take him out on the street in front of criminals, I feel worried, then if he has committed a violation, I am obliged to respect every decision of the KPA.
