Rafael Leao seems increasingly close to leaving Milan, signaling the end of a collaboration that has lasted several seasons. The Portuguese striker had hinted at the end of the season that he was ready to start a new adventure, while now even the leaders of the Italian club seem to be open to the separation.
According to Italian daily La Gazzetta dello Sport, Milan no longer consider Leao part of their future project and have given clear signals about a possible transfer. The club is said to have contacted the player's representatives, informing them that it is ready to consider any serious offer for his card.
The Rossoneri value Leao at around 60-70 million euros and intend to sell him permanently. However, the possibility of a loan with an obligation to buy is not ruled out, as a formula that would allow the club to finally close the chapter with the Portuguese striker.
Up to this stage, there are no concrete offers for the 26-year-old, but Milan's clear stance is expected to encourage interested clubs to take concrete steps in the summer transfer window.
